Today we had a little field trip with our french class. We walked to the tiny village of Prangins and visited a small chocolate factory. First we learned the basics of chocolate, where it comes from, how it is made, the difference between chocolate, dark and white chocolate. Then we saw how they made their artisanal chocolate. Of course this included a chocolate fountain and sampling of beaucoup de chocolate.
