My host mom Karen and I are cheese lovers, so every evening we try different kinds. Being in Switzerland it is not very hard to find great cheese! Tonight we had monk's head cheese, in which you use a certain contraption to get little swirls of cheesy goodness, once again Karen did not disappoint
